Gas Certification

Gas certification for your RV's LPG system. There's no legal expiry on a gas certificate in New Zealand, but we recommend a fresh certificate every 4 years — and a new certificate is required whenever gas work is done (stove, califont, 3-way fridge, etc.). It's also a prerequisite for self-containment certification.

Our certified gasfitter checks all gas lines, appliances, ventilation, and safety devices to ensure compliance with NZ's Gas (Safety and Measurement) Regulations.

For RVs used as rentals or hire vehicles, more frequent checks may be required by your insurer or hire platform — ask us.
